Srixon ZXi7 is a players iron built for golfers who demand tour-preferred looks, pro-level feel and complete control over every shot. Refined toplines, narrow soles, shorter blade lengths and minimal offset give the ZXi7 a clean, exacting profile at address and the workability better players expect from a forged blade-style iron. Forged from S15C steel with tungsten weighting at Japan's premier forging house, Endo, the ZXi7 delivers the soft, responsive feedback that defines the ZXi series. Progressive grooves run through the set – wider in the 3i–7i for longer shots, deeper and closer-set in the 8i–AW for approach spin – with laser milling between every groove to enhance friction in all conditions.
A wider, thicker ridge of softer S15C steel is forged directly behind the sweet spot of every ZXi7 iron. AI-assisted simulation allowed engineers to expand this ridge precisely – stiffening the impact zone, reducing face deformation and using less mass than the previous generation for higher MOI and a remarkably soft, stable feel.
Proprietary Condensed Forging inserts add strength in the hosel area, which allows the use of softer S15C steel throughout the single-piece iron body. The result is unprecedented feel and control, the kind of feedback that lets you know exactly where you struck the ball.
Srixon's Tour V.T. Sole combines proprietary sole widths, bounce angles and notches to take turf interaction to a new level of detail. The club glides smoothly through fairway, rough and sand without losing speed, even when you enter the turf slightly behind the ball.
